Christmas Spoons
I love to give out small , teeny tiny , wee gifts at Christmas. The ones that dont cost alot but mean so much more.
Every year at Christmas my niece makes 'poppers' for everyone at the family gathering. You know the ones that you pull on each end and goodies come flying out at you..yes, those:D..
She is only 16. Its a long process to save empty toilet paper rolls to use as the frame of the popper. Mind you we only have 13 people in our immediate family but can you imagine making enough of these for a big family!!
I love decorating at Christmas. The glimmer, the bulbs, the fancy plates, the smell of cinnamon. But one thing I never did for Christmas was have anything to give my loved ones beside their plate. No poppers, no little thankyou notes. Nothing. I made a promise to myself I would this year. SInce Im having Christmas in my home this year, its more than an appropriate time to start, dont you think?
So, even though Im selling my little glittery spoons here , I think i'll use them this year, maybe make each one unique and special for each one of my loved ones.
They are just large enough to fit snuggly atop your plate. They wont go un-noticed.
I completed a custom order today for a sweet woman in Utah who wanted some of my spoons to give away as gifts this year. I'm so excited!!

Etsy Christmas goodies on sale!
Do you realize Christmas is just 33 days away!
I haven't even began to send out and cards or gifts. I have one going to Greece to my penpal that I have had what feels like forever and a day..actually since the mid 80's and I just had a birthday Friday and turned 35 years old..so you do the math..grade 5 it was..it feels like so long ago!

Christmas Craft Show Day After Relax Time!
The show yesterday was so much fun. I met alot of new people, and seen many old friends too!
I took a few pics but they turned out blurry:(..bummer I say. Try to see through the fuzziness:D
I sold all but two of my button bouquets..these two bundles were gone so quickly , I dont think I had a chance to even put them on the table.
I even met two little ladies that are avid button collectors and bought quite a few of my polymer clay buttons. A good day had by all!!

This afternoon we are decorating for Christmas! Its going to be a great day filled with music, lights, glitter, hot chocolate, and love:)

Christmas Craft Show countdown!
Well, i'm heading out today for a Christmas craft show tomorrow! I have spent the last week packing up, and making sure things were all in order!
I have my mom and very talented niece going with me! My niece even made some goodies to sell too. Talk is there are some polymer clay business card holders that she made too! Glad to see she is taking a liking to it. Might have to get me one of those!
Mom came up to visit to help put some button bouquets together! I just can't seem to convince her that yellow and orange are yucky colours!!:)...love you mom!
